Unfortunately, we don’t process orders over the phone. Any information required to place an order online is available on our website, however our team is happy to assist you in any way possible to make the process as easy as possible. Please call or email 03 9580 5068 info@skdesignerliving.com.au
We provide return policy on furniture purchased from our website excluding all lighting products. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a refund less freight. Return must be arranged prior via email (info@skdesignerliving.com.au). Unwanted items must be returned to the following address in full original packaging:

Please be aware:
- Return shipping cost covered and arranged by customer (to our warehouse)
- The item must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition
Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows, the item must:
- Not be used
- Not be assembled
- Not be damaged at all
- Packed in all the original packaging
- Packaging to not be damaged
- Include all tools and hardware
After you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If the item/s chosen are out of stock they will be dispatch once all items are in stock. If we are unable to process the payment, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you by email, SMS or telephone to provide you with the relevant tracking information for your order.
For all online orders we require payments to be made at checkout. We offer wide range of payment options such as: PayPal, ZipMoney, AfterPay, Humm, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), China UnionPay (CUP) and EFT.
