Local Melbourne deliveries: Most of our Melbourne deliveries will be arranged by us and delivered by our driver/s; we will confirm this via text message.

Interstate Delivery information: Deliveries are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays. Deliveries are to ground floor only or loading dock unless you get a super friendly delivery person.

All item(s) in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days of order (unless otherwise specified) or pickup from our warehouse/showroom. Home deliveries will receive an email or text message from our carrier to notify about their delivery; All deliveries are 1 person only and for bulky and heavy items help unload is required.

What if I'm not home to receive my order? Don't worry, if the driver/s are able to leave your order in a safe place they will, if not they will leave a card for you to rebook your delivery.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. You have a small timeframe to update your delivery address with us by contacting us. There may be a redirection fee if the item/s has already been dispatched.
