If your item/s arrived damaged, we require you to notify us about this damage within the first 72 hours of receiving your order; you must email us photo/s to show damage. If no fault is reported within this 72 hours period, faults will be dealt with in accordance with our terms and conditions.Where a Good is either delivered faulty or becomes faulty within the first 7 days after delivery, and the customer notifies SK Designer Living of that fault within the first 7 days after delivery, then SK Designer Living will repair or provide a replacement as no cost to you
