Do I have to assemble my new office chair by myself?keyboard_arrow_down
Most of our items require simply assembly but please don’t worry because we will supply you with the tools necessary for the job. If you require your items to be assembled, we can arrange this at a further cost.

How long does it take to receive my new office chair or office furniture?keyboard_arrow_down
Your location and the size of the order may impact on the time frame of receiving your goods. Provided all items are in stock, delivery times are as follows: • Melbourne Metro - we will arrange a delivery date with the customer • Interstate Metro areas vary between 1-7 working days • Remote and rural areas vary between 5-14 working days. For urgent delivery enquiries or special requirements, please contact us on info@skdesignerliving.com.au

All furniture has a 12 month warranty (unless specified otherwise on item description). We warrant all goods under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship; we do not cover normal wear & tear.

We can hold stock for us to 4 weeks but only if you paid in full. Payment is non-refundable but if you changed your mind, you are always welcome to use it as store credit.

Our office is upstairs. Is there any additional cost to deliver to us?keyboard_arrow_down
All deliveries are to ground floor only.

Can you deliver on weekends?keyboard_arrow_down
We currently do not deliver on weekends as we are closed on Sundays and only open on Saturday until 1pm.

What if I have received a damaged or faulty furniture item?keyboard_arrow_down

If your item/s arrived damaged, we require you to notify us about this damage within the first 72 hours of receiving your order; you must email us photo/s to show damage. If no fault is reported within this 72 hours period, faults will be dealt with in accordance with our terms and conditions. Where a Good is either delivered faulty or becomes faulty within the first 7 days after delivery, and the customer notifies SK Designer Living of that fault within the first 7 days after delivery, then SK Designer Living will repair or provide a replacement as no cost to you.

Our policy is to keep you informed. Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you by email or SMS with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.
