Most of our items require simply assembly but please don’t worry because we will supply you with the tools necessary for the job. If you require your items to be assembled, we can arrange this at a further cost.

Our team is always happy to help in store or over the phone during our business hours. However, we always advise our customers to come to our showroom and see/try the products for themselves if they can.

We work hard to keep our website up to date so our customers can browse what we have available. Although we only stock what we have on our website, we bring in new designs and colours each season so if we don’t currently stock what you want, always keep an eye out for our new products!

Yes, we love having customers drop by! Our showroom is located at 94 Malcolm Road, Braeside, VIC, 3195. Our trading hours are Monday – Friday between 9am and 3pm and Saturday between 9am and 1pm.

We provide an unconditional return policy on furniture purchased from our website excluding all lighting products. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a refund less freight. Return must be arranged prior via email (email@example.com).

After you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If the item/s chosen are out of stock or we are unable to process the payment, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you by email, SMS or telephone to provide you with the relevant tracking information for your order.
I live interstate, how long will it take for my order to arrive?keyboard_arrow_down
Your location and the size of the order may impact on the time frame of receiving your goods. Provided all items are in stock, delivery times are as follows:
• Melbourne Metro - we will arrange a delivery date with the customer
• Interstate Metro areas vary between 1-7 working days
• Remote and rural areas vary between 5-14 working days.
