Shipping and Returns
We are able to deliver to any address within Australia using our courier or your own courier, however this option needs to be arranged with us prior to purchase. Unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally but if you would like to organise your own shipping internationally, we are able to deliver to any port within Australia for you. Alternatively, you can organise for your order to be picked up from our warehouse in Braeside, Victoria.
After you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If any of your items are out of stock or we are unable to process the payment, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you by email, SMS or telephone to provide you with the relevant tracking information for your order.Your location and the size of the order may impact on the time frame of receiving your goods. Provided all items are in stock, delivery times are as follows:
Melbourne Metro - we will arrange delivery date with customer
Interstate Metro areas vary between 1-7 working days
Remote & Rural areas vary between 5-14 working days.

We provide an unconditional return policy on furniture purchased from our website excluding all lighting products. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund less freight.
