Is it possible to check your sofa in person before buying?keyboard_arrow_down
Yes, we love having customers drop by! Our showroom is located at 94 Malcolm Road, Braeside, VIC, 3195. Our trading hours are Monday – Friday between 9am and 3pm and Saturday between 9am and 1pm.
Do you deliver to all places in Australia?keyboard_arrow_down
We are able to deliver to any address within Australia using our courier or your own personal courier company, however this option will need to be arranged with us prior to making a purchase
Is it possible to return the order if I do not like the quality?keyboard_arrow_down
We provide return policy on furniture purchased from our website excluding all lighting products. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a refund less freight. Return must be arranged prior via email (info@skdesignerliving.com.au). Unwanted items must be returned to the following address in full original packaging:

Please be aware:
- Return shipping cost covered and arranged by customer (to our warehouse)
- The item must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition
Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows, the item must:
- Not be used
- Not be assembled
- Not be damaged at all
- Packed in all the original packaging
- Packaging to not be damaged
- Include all tools and hardware
What if I have received a damaged or faulty sofa set?keyboard_arrow_down
Where a Good is either delivered faulty or becomes faulty within the first 7 days after delivery, and the customer notifies SK Designer Living of that fault within the first 7 days after delivery, then SK Designer Living will repair or provide a replacement as no cost to you
What if something is wrong with the sofa (damaged/missing part)?keyboard_arrow_down
Where a Good is either delivered faulty or becomes faulty within the first 7 days after delivery, and the customer notifies SK Designer Living of that fault within the first 7 days after delivery, then SK Designer Living will repair or provide a replacement as no cost to you

At SK Designer Living, we understand that your privacy and the personal information collected must remain secure. We will not release any information you have provided to us to a third party for any reason, other than to fill an order or request made by you.
At SK Designer Living we only collect personal information that is necessary for us to conduct our business as a provider of goods. We respect your privacy and all personal information you provide such as your credit card number, name, shipping & billing address, telephone number, and e-mail which will remain strictly confidential. Release of information is only made to the financial institution that processes your credit card, for purposes of satisfying a purchase or request from you, for purposes for which you have given your expressed consent, or if required by law.
We do not acquire any more information about customers other than what is required by law or otherwise necessary to provide our high level of customer service. This information is never sold, rented, or released to third parties other than for the completion of the transaction.

If you require your items to be assembled, we can arrange this at a further cost. This service is available for Melbourne customers only.
