We currently do not deliver on weekends as we are closed on Sundays and only open on Saturday until 1pm.
Can I order a Home Decor product with my own design?keyboard_arrow_down
Currently we do not customize any of our décor products.
Can you help me select the right home décor products?keyboard_arrow_down
Our team is always happy to help in store or over the phone during our business hours. However, we always advice our customers to come to our showroom and see/try the products for themselves if they can.
If I order multiple Home Decor items, will they all be shipped together?keyboard_arrow_down
If all items are currently in stock, we will arrange for them to be shipped together! Sometimes, even if we shipped all items together, courier company will deliver them separately, depend on the time they been scanned.
What if I have received a damaged item?keyboard_arrow_down
If your item/s arrived damaged, we require you to notify us about this damage within the first 72 hours of receiving your order; you must email us photo/s to show damage. If no fault is reported within this 72 hours period, faults will be dealt with in accordance with our terms and conditions.Where a Good is either delivered faulty or becomes faulty within the first 7 days after delivery, and the customer notifies SK Designer Living of that fault within the first 7 days after delivery, then SK Designer Living will repair or provide a replacement as no cost to you
